How Remote Online Notary Works

1. Schedule Your Appointment
Getting documents notarized online is easy. Simply schedule your online Notarization when it's convenient for you. Then upload any PDF or Word Document, verify your identity, and you're done!
2. Ensure You Have a Valid US Driver's License, United States Passport, Foreign Passport on hand. Or arrange for a Credible Witness with these credentials to attend your Remote Online Notary Session. Our Scheduling form will help direct you to a Notary who best assist you!
3. Check your computer set up. You will need a good quality webcam and microphone on either a desktop, phone, or tablet to connect with a Notary.
4. If you didn't upload your document prior to your Remote Online Notary session, email it to your Notary from your email confirmation.
5. Notarize your notarized document!
